"Brian personally came and gave me an estimate. He could have easily recommended a new door as the solution, but instead assured me it could be fixed with a part he would get from the manufacturer. He also pointed out an issue with the opener that had caused the door frame to break. (Oh, how I wish I'd listened to my wife's concerns that "the garage door seems to be making an awful lot of noise when it opens and closes.") I'm not sure if the exact part came in or not, but they were able to repair it and reinforce it so that now it works perfectly.
