"Had both bathrooms remodeled by taking one piece shower and tub out and replacing with tile showers with glass doors. In one of the bathrooms, I also had the vanity and linoleum floor replaced with a new vanity with marble top, and laminate vinyl flooring. Billy did an excellent job on all of it and what I really like is that he only works on your project at one time so he doesn't leave you hanging two or three days while he goes off to work on someone else's job. I would hire him again."

"Excellent work! Very respectful hard working crew! I will definitely hire them again. They built a deck, and put up a fence."

"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."

"I am so happy I contacted Lane’s for an estimate. Out of the 4 I asked for an estimate from in here they were the only ones to call me and they called me within minutes of the request being sent. Ricky was great when he came out. I explained that I needed new siding, windows and gutters. He did all the measurements and provided me answers to all my questions. When the estimate came I was so impressed with the pricing. He explained how long it would be before the job could start because the materials had to be ordered. I was told 6 weeks but it was only 4. They came out and had the job done within a few days. Shannon their Project Manager is awesome. She kept me updated on everything. She called at least once a day to check on how I felt things were going. Ricky came out each day to check how things were going. Their crew does phenomenal work. My house looks beautiful!"

"David Logue (METAL WORKS & IMPROVEMENTS, INC.) is the kind of contractor I like to have doing work for me:  He came to our initial appointment on time.  His presentation of his company and its services was impressive and professional.  His quote was prompt and clear.  When we asked for changes of product in the quote, his response was almost immediate.  His was not the lowest of the four quotes we got.  But his was the lowest responsible quote.  His crew arrived when they said they would.  They left a clean workplace every night.  They were particularly careful around our very large pond area next to the back of the house so that no roofing materials fell into it. Their roof installation for us was near perfect.  The one item on our punch list was promptly corrected.  We received written guarantees within a week of work being finished.  He can be proud of the job his company did for us.  We are.

"Bryan and Sarah have a vast knowledge and experience with roof replacement. They use top rated products and clearly explained their method of installation. They gave us a competitive price. Their crew came in on the scheduled day, worked steadily, courteously, maintained good housekeeping principals, and with minimal shrubbery damage. We would definitely recommend this company.

"We are trying to sell my Mom's townhouse and the roof was all of a sudden leaking and another storm was on the way.  We are from out of town and they met us at the town house that day, assessed the problem, left to get needed parts and completed repairs that day!  We are so appreciative.  Everyone was very professional and understood the need to complete repairs while we were in town.  Thank you!

"It went well. The work was completed as bid. Triangle was very responsive to questions and provided answers and additional reading material. Inspections were done to be sure all work was completed to customer satisfaction and follow up work was completed as needed."

"

They were awesome.

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.
