Charlie the technician came and ran a diagnostic check and was able to find that the fan was not working. He ordered one and Wednesday he put it in and the refrigerator was back to normal in less than 8 hours. he was kind enough to give me a number I could text to let him know what was happening with the refrigerator. All this went on during labor day weekend. He always made us feel like we weren't "bothering" him as we must have text him 3 or 4 times. when he was running late Gail called to let me know when I could expect him. Charlie the tech that worked on my refrigerator was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable the office staff was great very helpful. Additionally, Charlie called me this morning to see how the refrigerator was working. Talk about customer service. I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. "Right after Tom Hemmerle of Paragon Installers visited our home to initiate our project, the renovation of our >10-year old kitchen,  everything took on a positive direction.
