They were very personable and listened. He is the only contractor that came out that actually listened to everything I wanted. He was the only one that did not include in his estimate custom made shelves. He is the only one who didn't somehow end up giving me 8 cupboards when I am only getting 3. I wanted to do my own demo so it would save me money, and he was totally good with that. Showed my family member who is a carpenter where they would need to cut.
