After trying unsuccessfully with several other roofers (who either didn't call back, wouldn't show up to work, lied to us, wasted our time, made things worse, or all of the above), I finally found Richards and Swift Roofing and talked with Alex about our house in Royal Oak. Even though it wasn't a whole new roofing job, he was immediately working to fix the problem, even calling our insurance adjuster to help us. Alex not only returned calls right away and answered all my questions, but also promptly got his crew out to our house to fix our roof. They were quick, thorough, and professional and didn't charge a penny more than the original quote (even though there were a couple of extra unexpected details needed). "Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

Todd's company was recommended to me, and out of 3 quotes, I selected his company based on the thorough explanation of work to be done, supplies to be used, and his personality. The trim makes the house look neat & clean and they did some clever styling over the garage with the vinyl. It was a huge job, very hot outside, and there were a lot of workers here. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up each day...you almost would never know they were here. This is one group of hard-working guys!
