To be honest with anyone reading these comments, I had a pleasant experience dealing with Franco and his team and his associates contractors that were involved in all my needs, i.e. electrical service upgrading, replacing my kitchen ceiling and repairing the walls, replacing my porch tiles and install radiant heat. The team was very meticulous keeping the work area clean and containing dust and debris, it is seldom that you encounter this type of quality service. Ron, the owner, belittled me, and told me there were more important things in this world than having the wrong floor installed. Ron can be a very nasty person and I?m expecting him to write something back to justify his point of view. The bottom line is I ordered one color and I got a different color very simple and he will do nothing about it but try to make himself look good and make me look bad I am a retired, registered nurse, mother, grandmother, and also a disabled widow. I do not need this nasty man putting me down and not taking responsibility whatsoever for his mistake. I?m anxious to find out how he justifies this, but whatever he says, I assure you, it will not be truthful. Don?t take a chance. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE"

"It is the 2nd time I hired them it was opposite of the 1st. It was everything you worry about with contractors. Professionalism: Constantly foul cursing arguments. It made my infant baby cry and my wife upset. His last text was I should have given you a middle finger. LOW CLASS Cost: He lowered cost on the job as a repeat customer but complained about it every day. It was used as an excuse for why he delayed the job and needed to cut corners. He made me pay full price for an unfinished job so I finished it myself Quality: It was measure once cut twice instead of measure twice cut once. Most materials were ready at the start for weeks. He had plenty of time to measure and plan it out. Instead the installs were misaligned. When things broke his 1st words was it is not my fault or it came out of the box that way. Then threatened to charge me to fix it. He picked low quality products & complained when I changed to a better product. Details were ignored, unfinished, trim wrong color"
