"Jim gave me an estimate on installing sod. He was one of three bids I got. His was a bit higher than the others, but I really liked him, and felt that he would have done a good job had we used his services. We ended up using a local sod farm to install the sod, as we were selling our house and needed it done in a quicker time frame than any of the landscapers could do it. Jim and his administrative staff were friendly, courteous and quick to respond to calls and emails. <br />"

"6/3/2014 workman arrived @ 9:30 AM to repair 8 station sprinkler system, one station having a week stream.  Took 1 valve apart, thinking may be dirt in valve impeding flow. Had to replace valve because it leaked when he put it back together.  He manually turned on each station, one of which he could not turn off. Replaced a 2nd valve.  Cracked both valve casings. Said anything that could go wrong went wrong.  I really felt bad because he was a really nice guy and tried so hard.  On the 4th I received a statement for $305.00 I  called Kanagy Lawnscape twice a day the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th stating the bill was not acceptable and the work was unsatisfactory. Chuck call on June 8th leaving a message saying he could  come on June 10th at 11:30 and to ignore the statement.  Chuck showed up at 12:45 replaced 4 spray tops saying it was a root problem, submitting a bill for $313.00  I had enough aggravation, and paid the $313.00 <br />"

"I can’t say enough good things about ABC Landscaping. After I first contacted Michael Couture for an estimate he was here within a day or so. I was also impressed at how quickly Michael and Barbara responded to my questions, whether by email or phone. Michael and his crew showed up right on schedule. I also appreciate that Dean Couture, the owner, also showed up on that morning; although he wasn’t working this job it showed that he had an interest in all his clients. The crew was awesome; very professional and friendly. They are some of the hardest workers I’ve encountered. Although I had certain plants in mind, when meeting Michael at the nursery he recommended a few items that might work better, and I’m sure glad I followed his recommendation. After the job was completed, there were a couple of issues with a few of the drip lines and Michael was back the very next day to fix them. And although we have a plant that is struggling (no fault of ABC), I have no doubt that Michael will replace it once I give the word! If you are looking for a landscaping company with integrity, reliability and professionalism, then you can’t go wrong with ABC Landscaping. I will definitely be using them for any future projects!"
