"Justin and his team completely restored our red oak hardwood floor that was in desperate need of sanding and refinishing. The floors were sanded multiple times, stained, and coated with polyurethane to protect them. Justin was prompt and quickly fit us into his schedule. The process took a few days but Justin was very flexible with our timeline as we had additional projects going on as well. After each day of work, the house was cleaned up, leaving no messes or additional sawdust from the sanding processs. "We hired Sam's Hardwood Floors to refinish the hardwood floors and install quarter-round molding in our living room, dining room and entryway/main hallway. The wood flooring in these areas had been hidden under some retro shag carpeting when we bought our home, and they appeared worn, dull and out-dated.
