"Work was great. Just bought a 1972 townhouse that needs some serious updating. Michael installed a ceiling fan and light in rooms with no prior wiring, switched a light out with a new fan, replaced a hall light and added electrical outlets to bathrooms that had no outlets, fixed a minor issue with the garbage disposal, installed 2 new smoke detectors and replaced a couple of outlets. Everything is completed on time and will be hiring again as I have a lot more outlets to replace."

He probably could have gotten by with the repairs he did on the first visit, but he thought that if he could obtain a few additional parts he could come back and give us an even better final product. The price was very good, too. It was as low or lower than any other service person we contacted. (Incidentally, the second visit added only $25 above Eddie's original estimate - probably barely enough to cover his gasoline costs!). "I got the coupon for this service and it was $250.  So it was just half the price.  He was great.  He actually saved me money probably.  I was looking at my back light and I was ready to pay the money to replace the light.  I was also ready to pay the money to replace the sensor and he just fixed the shot in it.  So I didn’t have to pay for any parts at all.  He did everything very quickly.  I bought six hours of work and he told me that I didn’t have enough work for six hours for him to do.  So he asked me to give him something else to do.  I asked him for some ideas primarily for my basement for some built in cabinets.  He came up with an idea very quickly and we went to the store together and bought the cabinets.  He did the job in no time at all.  He was fantastic.  I will absolutely use his services again in the future."
