"Our kitchen faucet was leaking all over the counter and underneath the sink. A technician from Crown Plumber was able to come out the same day and install a new faucet that we purchased from Home Depot. The technician was on time, professional, and helped determine that there were not other plumbing issues."

"

Rep inspected both areas and provided separate estimates for future work.

Recommended scheduling job after completion of shower wall replacement.

Even provided recommendations and color schemes

"We had Flood Crew out to help when our hot water heater broke. Bill and his crew were great! From the water remediation to installing a whole new floor in the basement, the crew took care of every step. These are some of the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen! And they don’t play around, they get the job done. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. Thanks a million, Bill & crew! ???"

"The worker arrived on time and started the job. Within two hours he was finished and my tub looked magnificent, brand new! He gave me instructions on how to care for the new glaze and , cleaned up the debris very nicely. ."

"The service provider came out and inspected my problem. I had an older three faucet system in both bathrooms. The provider said since the rest of the bath/shower area was in good condition, I just needed to replace the faucets. He said that it would be a good idea to replace both bathrooms with the same new faucet sets. He explained that they could provide the faucet sets or I could purchase them on my own. It was significantly cheaper to purchase them on my own. However, if I purchased my own faucets, the companies warranty would not cover any problems with the faucets, Their warranty would only cover the work. He explained that it would be a good idea to get ceramic faucets versus the stem kind. I had to purchase the faucets and then contact the provider to come back and install them. When I went to buy the faucets, I had a very limited selection for three handle faucets sets with a valve included. I ended up spending approximately $134.00 for two faucet sets that included shower head, tub spout, three handles and valve. Since I was replacing two faucet sets, the provider gave me half off of the second set replacement. My total bill for the work was $490.00 for both plus the $99.00 I paid for the deal. The receptionist was also very polite and professional."

"Everything went very, very well.  CJ is knowledgeable and made the needed repair quickly and without any major disruption to the kitchen.  No clean-up was needed after he left.  I recommend WD Graves Plumbing and CJ for prompt, fairly-priced service.

"Mr. Lee was easy to work with. He knew exactly what was needed to get the job done after looking at what he was working with. I needed to have a new shower drain and 2 inch PVC pipe installed after I removed the previous 15 year old leaking drain. I knew the next steps needed to be done by a professional. Glad to have found him and his expertise. I would definitely recommend this service."

"The repair guys did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied with the work. They were also timely and very professional. I will definitely use this company again."

"I have had many services done with this company. The last was a garbage disposal. But i have also had my water heater replaced. They are my number one go to for any plumbing services. I used to price hunt but always end up with the price and quality of these guys. Treat you like they are doing work in their own home. Give you recommendations and no scare tactics just facts."

"Wilson and his crew are amazing! They fixed an armoire door (antique French, so no hinges) when no one else was able to do so, and restored its veneer and cleaned the glass on the doors which had 200 years of mineral deposits. Next, they reupholstered a barrel chair, doing a beautiful job; it looks better than when I first bought it. Wilson has over 40 years of restoration experience with the Catholic Church in Italy and Ecuador, and it shows. He is also very personable and diligent when informing his customers of their job status. I highly recommend d them."
