He gave us the price for what we wanted and told us we would be notified when the materials came in so we could schedule the start of the project. The project required removing the old tub and relocating the plumbing and shower head to a different wall. They protected all the exposed areas from dust and once they started, it only took about one week to complete the job. They cleaned after themselves everyday after their work, and upon completion of the project. They do excellent work and the new shower enclosure looks great! I would recommend them to anyone doing a bathroom makeover."

They were professional and courteous, very nice guys.

They called before they came.  They could not install the shower parts I had purchased separately, but they brought the correct parts with them.  Unfortunately there was one part missing that they had to go back to the parts supplier for, which ended up costing me a little more $$.  HOWEVER they did a great job.  They fixed all my drips and other than the new sink my bathroom looks like no one was ever in it.  Neat and clean.  Great job.  I would use these guys again, and recommend them.

"Alvin was careful to explain prior to starting work that if he required extra supplies, etc it would be on top of the Angie's price. Also, that there was the possibility that it would not be a simple replacement. I expected that. The replacement turned out to be more complicated than I'd anticipated.
The plumbing pipes for hose bibbs are installed between the vertical studs. There is supposed to be a horizontal cross brace that secures the "inside" part of the bibb  with 2 screws into the wood. Turns out, when the house was built in 1997, no cross bracing was added inside the wall, so the unsupported pipe had been shifting each time we turned the faucet on or off for the past 17 years. So, when he went to remove the outside portion, instead of "unthreading" as it should have,  the copper pipe broke off at the joint inside the wall. In order to complete the repair, Alvin needed to make an access port on the interior wall. He very carefully sawed an 8x8" piece out of the drywall, added a wood cross brace to the existing framing, secured the plumbing pipe to it, then attached the new hose bibb on the outside. After completing the repair, he carefully re-fitted the piece to the wall and used some caulk I had to cover the seam.
We were charged only for the difference in supplies, not for the additional time involved, which I was grateful for. I was also relieved that we had decided to have this done. I hate to think about some day going out to turn the hose on or off and have a fountain inside the wall.
I felt he handled the situation very well, explaining to me along the way what the problem was and how he would fix it.

"Intended to complete in 3 days, went longer to correct cosmetic issues,at no cost. Guys were polite, curtious and professional. Attended to business. I went to meet Kevin at supplier to pick out colors, etc.  It was the perfect tub to solve my problems.beautiful and fit in with what I already had.

"The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.

Bath Fitters was responsive and sent an estimator to our home to show what they could do improve our old tub and master shower.  It was a lot more expensive than I anticipated and the shower stall in the master bathroom was just as expensive as the full tub replacement in the family bathroom.  Strange, because we put safety bars in the full bath.  It took three weeks to get the custom order materials delivered, but boy was it worth it! 

My shower door is beautiful; it looks like something out of the design magazines (clear glass, not a lot of chrome, thoroughly modern).  The master bath looks beautiful and I could not be happier or more proud of our redesign.  The greatest thing is that Bath Fitters also replaced our bath plumbing and fixtures.  They found a spot in the shower with mildew in the wall and halted work.  After getting it inspected by a licensed plumber, we were able to validate that it was not an outside leak.  After the wall was dry, the Bath Fitter technician removed the damaged material, and still finished the entire job on time. 

I called later about a cosmetic concern that I thought might be more serious.  The Technician showed me the problem and ensured that the fix was acceptable before he left my home.  I could not be happier with my decision to remodel the tub and shower.  I feel like my 1980's home just finally came into the new millennium!

"Purchased 2 hours of handyman services for $79. The gentleman who came out was on time, and very friendly. He was very quick and got all my odd jobs done in under the two hours I had purchase. He asked if I had anything else, so just had him do a few quick things that I justed had not had time to do. Thinking contacting them again to do some yard and electrical work. Will see how that goes.
