"We ordered work to waterproof our basement, after a season flooding. I had already shopped for estimates; this one seemed like the best value and quality. Ronald Coleman provided the estimate and I appreciated his straightforwardness and candor in walking me through the work. Rhonda Plaine on the phone was helpful and friendly in helping me to schedule the order and navigate the payment options. It turned out that I also needed to have my external, basement staircase rebuilt, as well, and Ronald and Rhonda helped to add that to the quote and reschedule the work as needed. No flooding since the work was done. I would recommend this company."

"This was a huge job. A complete basement waterproofing - new internal drains installed and two new sump pumps installed. The guys were great - came on time worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. The only negative was at the completion of work when it was time to pay the amount was less than what was originally quoted. I told the guy that and he insisted that it was what he had. I even showed him the quote on paper. I paid it - glad it was less, but a few days later got a call from the office telling me I needed to pay another $1600 (the difference between the original quoted price and at the time of service price) I told her what the guy told me and she got a little rude saying "well you knew what the quoted price was" - yeah I DID know and was prepared to pay but after install HER guy insisted it was the price he had. I wasn't trying to get out of paying but the confusion on how much it costs was with the people working there. I didn't appreciate her attitude as if I was trying to skimp out of paying. Nevertheless, I ended up with this additional payment. However, the work is supposed to be guaranteed for life. No complaints there."

"I have waited some time to review as I wanted to make sure that we stayed dry and so far, we have! Always waterproofing has given us peace of mind that our home has been able to stay dry after flooding in our family room and master bedroom. I do recommend turning off your air or heat if they dig an indoor French drain as it clogged our AC unit. Estimate was quick, they squeezed us in ASAP after we had record rains and major flooding and gave us tips to help manage our water problems until they could arrive."

"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was.
