"We hired Woods Home Services in 2006 to install a sprinkler system on our lawn. We have had no problems until this past week. We had a water leak and called the city of Bedford. They came out and said it was the sprinkler system, and they turned the water off until we could get it repaired. It was Friday and we envisioned a weekend without water. We called the installers, Woods, and told them our problem. Within the hour, a young man named Trey Woods was calling to say he was on the way. He stopped the water leak and turned the water back on. Mind you it has been several years since they installed. We were told *sorry for the inconvenience*, and he is contacting us this week to come back to repair the pipe and turn the sprinkler system back on. We are so very impressed with their professionalism, and cannot say enough good things about them. Trey worked in the mist, mud, and cold so that we could be comfortable for the weekend. Integrity is the word that comes to my mind. Installed in 2006 and came within an hour to repair in 2021."

"I have been using them for years. They are very good. Basically, they come out once a month. Depending on what you want they will come out once a year, or twice a year, or however you set that up. I like their service. They are very good. I have no complaints. It starts probably in March through November. Depending on application and what you want done. My lawn looks great. I am very satisfied. Basically, I kinda have a service agreement with them. They come out so many times, and I have actually them charge me every month on my credit card. The price depends on what services are done. It varies, I have had a couple of things done in my yard. They come out and do what ever they do. They spray and get rid of the grubs and red worms. I have no problems with them, they do a good job. I think they are reasonable on price. I have been using them for years now."

"We were very impressed with Dave's landscaping knowledge and service that he and his team provided. The biggest problem that we wanted to correct was the pond that would form in the backyard after a heavy rain. It would take at least a week for this to dry up and it would start to smell with the stagnant water just sitting there with no where to go. With a hill in the back yard and the grade, I was skeptical that it would be resolved. <br /> Dave knew exactly what to do with the french drain system, grading, and pop up drains. We had an extremely heavy thunderstorm about a week after the work was finished and about a hour after the storm, there was no standing water and almost dry. I couldn't believe it. The system works great! I also have not had any water in the basement since he buried all of the downspouts and built up the grade around the house so the water flows away. We also had a very short sump pump pipe that would basically drain the water right next to the foundation. Dave installed a pipe in the ground for the sump pump to empty into and that water gets drained far away from the house. Much better. <br /> Dave really has an eye for flowers and shrubs and really helped us out with what to plant where. He considers when it is going to bloom, what the colors are going to be, and where in the yard it is going to do well. We were really impressed with his knowledge and taste when helping us with flowers and other plantings. He also seems really passionate about what he does and it is reflected in his work. I was also very impressed with his team and they all worked very hard, were friendly, and did an outstanding job. <br /> <br />"

"I was very pleased with the attention and service provided by Chesapeake Irrigation and Lighting. I needed a small job completed to add a water source for my garden. Jim responded to my request, gave me a reasonable estimate for the work, and an accurate estimate as to when he would be able to complete the job. His crew was on time, worked quickly, and left my yard as they found it. Jim even suggested additions that I hadn't thought of that improved what I had in mind and will make it easier in the future if I want to expand the system.
