Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! "Call to have our present a/c serviced. The technician inspected the handler and even though it was working it was in deplorable condition. It was actually a bad for our overall health how filthy it was inside. We went through the numbers to get a new system installed, back and forth until we agreed on a price (the technician called the owner to see where we could get some savings) it was a great help as we are on social security pension. This was on a Friday, the installation was scheduled on Monday. Prompty on Monday two installers arrived , first prepared the area so that my floors would not be damaged and worked worked for 8 hours, I didn"t see them eat, but worked to install the two units, air handler and condenser. All in all great company, professional and friendly."
