Personable but took short cuts to install and /bent/crimped the cables to avoid the extra work to make them straight, reducing the id. Made two other appointments for other work and he no showed and no call, never returned my calls after that. Never got a receipt."

"Robert was extremely attentive and fastidious with the bathroom faucet replacement and p-trap replacement. He was very communicative and diligent with the work. He even identified a leak in a shutoff valve that I didnâ t notice and swiftly replaced both shutoff valves. He made sure to be careful and neat.
