"Jeff far exceeded my expectations. Communication was good. While he had to reschedule, he called to ask if it would be okay and if it wasn't, he would come at the original time. I was able to be flexible so no big deal. I was impressed he called to ask and gave me the option. Not all other service providers do that. He gave excellent advice on what to buy so I was able to purchase the items he needed prior to his arrival. When I told him I wasn't able to get one thing he mentioned as there were too many to choose from, he took it in stride and went right out to get what he needed. He was prompt, polite and, explained things incredibly well. His price was well below what other handypeople had quoted me. I live alone and it can be daunting to have a stranger come into your home.
