"After 15 years in my current home, I was finally getting granite countertops. I was so excited. I went to Paramount on the advice of a friend who had used them. From the start they were very helpful. They answered any and all questions I had. I looked at multiple granite places, and I ended up selecting my granite at another business. Paramount did an excellent job coordinating the delivery of the granite to their site in a quick and efficient manner. The gentleman that came to measure our kitchen was professional and on time. Paramount allowed me to come down to the company and they put up all three slabs they were using for my kitchen and put the template of my counters, island and desktops on them. They were patient and helpful in deciding where to cut the granite to get the maximum effect I was looking for. (Lots of movement). Along the way, I made changes - edges of the granite, backsplash changes and added sinks and faucets. They patiently updated my invoice and emailed me the updates to the project within an hour every time.  I never felt they were frustrated or upset with me, and they treated me with respect. The installers were on time and professional.  They did an excellent job and I love it. I have had many compliments on them and wouldn't change a thing. "Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

They showed up exactly on time.  They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.  They were in an out in less than .5 hours.  They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.  A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.  It has been three months and all is great.  It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.

"Mr. Hal Morris was responsive, detailed and kept us informed of the project. He provided us with a plan, followed through and answered our questions. He was also open to trying new material, copper, to the lattice panels. He also was so kind and installed four steel hooks so we could hang additional plants."

"Sort of stuck with this company because I got on their frequent flyer program for auto withdrawal of $190 a year. ALL I ASK FOR IS TO MY SHOWER TO BE FIXED, so it works, and doesn't leak for close to the original price given, $400 ------ not hundreds and hundreds of dollars more for additional things all around the house I can't afford right now, and don't need right now, after any "I cannot touch faucet or turn valve" forty-five minute "safety check" . I Just asked for a different plumber than the last one and a price quote. - Someone called me seven days later and left a message they would call back within 24 hours. - still waiting today past that time, - left her my cellular number too. Oh well."

"First received an estimate in the summer months. The estimate was slightly higher than we were hoping for, but they offered us a slight discount to get into the range we had budgeted by waiting until winter to start the work, since they are not as busy in the winter. We agreed on a start date, and a week prior they called to confirm. The work started on time and progressed as expected. The only hold up during the construction came when the wrong bathtub was ordered, so they had to wait for the new one to arrive. At the end, the final inspection was not conducted, and it took several tries to reach them to ask about this. When we reached them, they seemed surprised that this was not complete, and took care of it in the next couple days. Very easy to work with. They kept very close to the original estimate - the only things that varied were major changed in the plans and agreed to by us. We are considering more work in the next couple years, and will definitely be calling Five Star."

"AARON & HIS 2 PARTNERS KEN & JEFF WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. A+ IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE A NEWER COMPANY & WE DID HAVE A FEW GLITCHES ALONG THE WAY BUT THEY WERE VERY EAGER TO PLEASE & THEIR RESPONSIVNESS TO THOSE ISSUES EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. WE HAD OUR OWN DESIGN PLAN (WHICH ADMITTEDLY WAS VERY DETAILED & CALLED FOR SOME THINGS THAT WERE MORE COMPLICATED THAN THE GENERAL PRACTICE WOULD CALL FOR) BUT AARON STUCK TO THE PLANS TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE & ALWAYS MADE THINGS RIGHT. THEY DID SUB OUT PART OF THE WORK - ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, SHEETROCKING & CARPETING - SUBS WERE GENERALLY FINE BUT WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE PLUMBER; HOWEVER WE DID REACH AN EQUITABLE SOLUTION ON THE PLUMBING. MY ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE FOR THEM TO BE ON SITE WITH THE SUBS TO ENSURE AGAINST DEVIATIONS FROM THE PLAN THAT COULD LATER REQUIRE CORRECTION AND COST TIME IN THE LONG RUN. ORIG EST= 6-8 WKS; ACTUAL WAS 10, BUT ACCEPTABLE DUE TO OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINAL END PRODUCT. VERY HAPPY."
