He was able to Install the MAILBOX the same day I contacted him. I also needed Lighting fixtures installed in my basement I called Ivan the following day and got it done all done the same day the price was reasonable and did a clean job he is also very respectful and don't take advantage of any situation. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms.
