"I recently had Jakob’s team perform some work for me and while finishing that work they noticed some issues with my roof and did a full review and recommended it be replaced. They came back 2 days later and replaced the roof and did a great job and cleaned up the area making sure there were no garbage or nails. They finished the job quickly and worked through wet weather. Anytime I asked him to do something it was done that day or within the next few days. Not only are they extremely accommodating but are willing to help and always give his advice as if it were his own house. We did a major home renovation which included replacing all windows, interior trim, added crown molding in all rooms, replaced interior doors, siding, sanded and stained all interior floors, replaced all plumbing and light fixtures, painted whole house as well as the garage and put epoxy on the garage floor etc. the list goes on. Memo also fixed any mishaps other trades did like when the electricians did any damage putting in new high hats or light switches. I would highly recommend their service and look forward to seeing them in the neighborhood."
