He made sure everything was working before he finished, cleaned some mold and mildew out of the washer, and took the time to make sure that I understood how the problem happened and how to prevent it going forward. He cleaned our dryer vent and dryer very thoroughly. I will definitely call D & M next time that I have an appliance issue."
