They also informed me of any issues with decking before fixing. Yard was cleaned up to perfection when job was done. Customer service was also great. Always prompt with responses. Jacob was very pleasant to speak with, but the lack of organization, lack of follow through and lack of ability to leave a voicemail on his phone (mailbox full) are all yellow flags in my book. They did find issues when the roof was torn off but they communicated quickly to give me my options and were able to still complete the job in one day as planned. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, they showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. We did find out late the night before that they were coming the next morning which was a little last minute for our schedules. With that being said everything worked out and I'm very happy with the results."
