"Ryan came out, after I spoke with Chuck on the phone. I had been very disappointed with two other companies who try to upcharge me for the work. Both companies said my electrical panel needed to be replaced on top of my pendant light installation. Their quotes? $4000 to $6000. After inspecting the electric panel, Ryan and Chuck decided that all that was needed was a whole house surge protector. "The technician did a lot of work installing two electrical boxes in concrete block at the proper location to allow the stove to sit flush with the wall. One box was for the new outlet and the other for a junction with the original wiring. The new outlet position was at the joint between two concrete blocks, making the job more difficult. The new stove now sits against the wall and works great."

"Mike Pace and Neco (hope I got the name correct) were awesome!! They BOTH are a great asset to the company. They performed the job perfectly, and knew exactly what to do. They replaced my main power box in my house and installed a couple switches that I needed in the kitchen. Because of the quality repairs that they did, I had them install a second surge protector on the outside box to protect the system. "The electrician explained how he was going to do the work and asked what items I wanted him to pick up for me like the type ceiling fan and exhaust fans. He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that. I searched Angie's List and made an appointment with AARROW and they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Willis lost out on $570.00.
