"The company owner called me within 10 minutes of my initial email contact to set up an appointment for the next business day. Richard came and removed an old eye sore circuit breaker on an exterior wall, removed a ground outlet, removed an old sprinkler system timer, and replaced a wall outlet. He even covered the holes with cement. Richard is knowledgeable, personable and did not stop working since the moment he arrived. I purchased 2 hours of electrical services. "The problem ended up being fairly simple.  The previous owners of the house built structure around the GFI outlet for the circuits that were out, effectively hiding it.  The electrician was able to locate it and reset it.
While this was a simple fix, I am very impressed with his professionalism.  I purchased a deal for 2 hours of service because this was for my rental property that I do not live near.  Despite driving nearly an hour for the provider to get to the property for a 15 minute fix, he still went out of his way to try and find other work he could do to fill what was paid for.
He was very communicative and I would recommend him to anyone.
