"I used Scott's Home Renewal for a first floor renovation about three years ago, was pleased and hired them again for this. Not the cheapest contractor, but definitely the best I have used here. First class professionals; first rate subs, especially the tile and glass people The custom glass door arrived with the wrong specs, and the glass contractor got the factory to make a new one with only one day of waiting.. If you want it done right, contact Scott's."

"It was a lengthy project and he had to use his ingenuity to build a covered deck when before it was not, so the roof did not fit with windows and upstairs. It turned out beautifully and he worked within my budget."

"David met with my husband and I to see what our plans were for our basement. He was very patient as both my husband and I had our own ideas still. He gave us options and a rough estimate with in 3 days of our first meeting.  As David and his crew started to reconstruction of our basement some of our needs changed. After the living area was constructed we decided to add a wet bar, which turned out beautiful. The spare bedrooms and extra bathroom turned out amazing. We added a Jacuzzi tub ( that was something I really wanted) and the tile work was detailed and flawless, as was the rest of the laminate flooring they laid. From start to finish we had an excellent experience with David and his crew.  I would highly recommend them for any size project. What we thought we wanted some what changed along the way and he was very patient and accommodating. I definitely feel that the price was fair and we couldn't be happier with our new remodel. Thank you Daughenbaugh Construction."

"The entire project, from initial quote to completion went very smoothly. Tim's professionalism, honesty and integrity were evident before, during and after the sale. Much easier to work with than the other companies we got quotes from. Jan was very helpful making sure we had all the tools we needed to choose the materials we wanted and scheduling. The crew worked tirelessly, completing the job in one day and cleaned up afterwards. Any and all issues were taken care of immediately. We would highly recommend Des Moines Area Roofing and would not hesitate using them again."

"It was a great experience. Very responsive and they knew what they were doing! Highly recommend working with this business!"

"Circumstances with my basement caused them to do a system that they hadn't done before. Had some leaks that caused some reworking."

"When they had free time available they came and did my project early. Very please with the work."

"Our cabinets turned out beautifully and we continue to get compliments on them! Duane Johnson, the owner, handled all the details himself with much attention to a precisely finished product. He was on time and always cleaned up at the end of each day. He made sure that everything fit perfectly from the hardware to the wood grain on the doors and trim. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would recommend him to our friends or neighbors."

"Amazing customer service and work! They remodeled my house from the floors to the roof. It was done in a timely manner and took less time then was estimated and just overall completely amazing I highly recommend using this company!"
