"The deck was not built to the plan as contracted in picture and graph and writing. When we met with the owner and then with his workman, they both said they build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, they did not have a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone else to do it. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court."

Tim and Blake came out to do the job which took a day and half. To be honest I thought I would have to do some clean up after the job BUT these two techs were Fantastic. We realize Berico is the premium heating and air company in the Triad. However Tim and Blake were polite, detail minded, and very professional. The work was outstanding and the two left nothing for us to clean up. Paying a little more is well worth the quality of work they did."
