He was promo in emailing me and talking to me about my repair, which was tremendously helpful since he was the second company I had attempted to use after the first failed to make the repair. I sent him pictures and he gave an initial estimate of $250. The pipe where the leak was a polybutylene pipe, which I was worried would cause an issue, but he said it wasn't a problem. I scheduled him to come out on Saturday, but he called on Friday and said he was in the area and wanted to take a look. I was already home from work for lunch, and so he stopped by. He brought another tech with him, and were able to get the work done then. The entire service took only 20 minutes! Even better, the cost was a third less than he had estimated. After the fact, I had to pass on his insurance and license information to my Condo Owners Association, and he sent me the info within 24 hours. They did an excellent job.

He and Rosie refused to just put a bandaid on the problem instead they made sure to be thorough and remedied the problem permanently. He was fixated on making sure that he found the source of the problem and he took the steps needed to eliminate the problem. We are very impressed and not only did they correct the original problem which was the reason for contacting them but I had another unexpected issue and they did a wonderful job of fixing that problem as well. "I called polecat remodeling to get a repair done to my hvac/ducts on June 4, 2020. My house was not staying cool and I realized there was some thing wrong with the hvac /ductwork under house. I was very impressed with the service. The man doing repair was out within 30 min to my home. He charged me a fair price and he was very professional and very polite too. I Immediately saw a difference in the air coming through the vents and house is nice and cool again. I will definitely be giving him my business again! "Very hard workers, renovated both bathrooms from plumbing to shower doors and trim. It looks great. We have 26year old house and apparently 15 years ago the plumbing was recalled due to failures. Justin Shane changed plumbing in crawlspace to all lines into the house and outside spickets. Found out during this process that our hot water heater was rusting and was replaced. We had bath walls and vanity damaged and had to be returned and replaced. This put us behind and Lowes never offered to deliver any of the products that had to be returned. Justin took items back and got replacements. The return process took over an hour each time due to Lowes unorganized process. There was 5 items damaged when we got back here with them. Justin worked late several nights in order to keep on schedule due to Lowes terrible quality control. All in all, Justin did a great job and we would hire him again."
