"All required work was done in a few days. Noticed subfloor making noise about four months after the job was complete. The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The bathtub support has given away some and the tub has detached from the caulking on wall."

"We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."

"I thought the price was a bit high, and didnâ t like paying $95 for a quote. Those are the ONLY things I wasnâ t happy with. That being said, they came out the same day for the quote, were back at 8:30 the next morning, and had everything done by 11:30. Great guys. Very professional, and did a very clean install. From the initial communication, to the 2 different free walk-throughs/consultations as we changed our minds about what we wanted, to the tasks we added during the job, to the completion of the project, Kevin and Allison were kind, patient, flexible, accommodating, competent, knowledgeable and reassuring. Kevin is a thinker. When presented with a problem, he will problem solve and brainstorm until he finds a solution that is both safe (to code), appropriate and aesthetically pleasing to the client. Allison is his right-hand, a partner in business and recently his wife. They both have an eye for design and often have a friendly competition over who’s design idea will be accepted by the client. This duo is like a well-oiled machine; one thinking through the steps and the other supporting and following up on the details. They are professional, yet interested; focused, yet willing to stop and answer our questions (and we had a LOT); business oriented, yet fair. My husband and I are relationship oriented. For us, forming a relationship, especially with people who were to be in our personal spaces for several weeks, was critical. Now, after completion, we feel blessed to know Kevin and Allison as friends...the kind you can call in the middle of the night if you're stranded on the side of the road. It was the last day of the job - some finishing touches and a front entry door install. The door didn't fit, so back to the store they went. Our store didn't have the one we wanted but instead of asking us to pick a different door, without hesitation they chose to travel to a neighboring city to get the one we had decided on. They made sure we knew if there were any issues after they left, they wanted us to call and promised to take care of them. We have texted several times since they left with questions that they answered immediately. Our job consisted of scraping an entire floor of popcorn ceilings, installing canned lighting in 3 rooms, a living room accent wall, scraping and sanding ceiling beams, two door installations, and a full bathroom reno. We have fallen in love with our home again; the home we always knew it could be. Our future plans include hiring AMLO Custom Creations for an outside project just as soon as they can get us on the books."
