We went over the circuit labels together once he was done so that I understood which circuits were for what areas of the house. Very easy to coordinate with Justin. The followup customer service Obot provides is very responsive. I had completed a bathroom remodel almost two years ago, and found that the Panasonic fan Obot had installed had quit working recently with no apparent cause. As an existing customer, Obot Electric was able to schedule me in even though they were booked out quite far in the future. They sent Justin to troubleshoot and he found the problem and got the fan working again at no charge. It was admittedly a simple fix (the plastic power plug had worked itself loose from the circuit board and needed re-setting), but I really appreciated the no charge visit and am happy to be a loyal customer. The B grade is just to forewarn others that they are higher on the price scale. However, Obot makes it worth to me in terms of customer service, quality, and peace of mind."
