Ceaser even went out of his way to my parents' current home to personally thank them. He even climbed up on the tractor to shake my dad's hand when the job was complete. I had purchased the opener separately, but when Kevin arrived he told me I could have purchased a slightly better opener with installation from JD Griffiths for just about the same price and a better warranty. I was tempted, but kept the opener I had purchased due to time issues. (Kevin really DID NOT PRESSURE me at all.) If you're considering a new garage door opener, you might want to check ... Cut down a pretty good size tree that was up in the power lines and cleared an adjacent area off those small trees that grow from the helicopter seeds and some weeds and tall grasses, and all within about 2.5 hours...including cleanup!
