"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Really good service. I will be using them again."

"Eyal was very helpful in informing me the workings of the dryer and detailed easy steps that were helpful to complete the necessary steps in getting every thing working and saving money."

"Best ever. Serviced and repaired dryer and vent (lots of work). Serviced and cleaned washer. Replaced part in refrigerator for water filter. On time. Quality work. Reasonable price. Would hire again and would highly recommend. Tom P"

"I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair needs.  Within five minutes of calling, I received a return phone call, and Justin came out to meet me the same day to diagnose why our dryer wasn't heating properly.  He was able to pinpoint the issue quickly, gave me all of my options for repair, and got the job done quickly.  These guys are courteous, professional, and they do exactly what they say they will do, and go above and beyond on customer service.  A++++

"Dan was very responsive to my call and quickly set-up a date for an estimate.  Once we agreed on what had to be done, the job was scheduled within a week and the work was finished in just about one day.  It was a pleasure to work with Dan, as he was very professional, trustworthy, and reasonable.  I would definitely recommend him to others and would use his services again."
