The owner came out to replace the cable and replaced the rollers on the door. Then he advised my garage door opener was about to go out. I bought a new garage door opener and had it replaced the very next day. The owner resolved both issues quickly and the cost was inexpensive. I'm pleased."

"Well to start with, we found Tom on AngiesList. He had a few reviews to his business and we thought of talking to him and giving him a try. Throughout the course of the phone conversations with him, he sounded like a very honest and straight-forward person. I had interviewed 5 other builders and even though some of them were also very pleasant to talk to, Tom was definitely our number one choice in proceeding further with especially due to the openness he brought to the table by telling us about his subcontractors and what all he would do for us. I can't stress that enough that he was very open and honest about his communications with us. We are honest people and were wanting a contractor who would not play games or make up things throughout the course. We wanted someone who would tell us the truth and we felt Tom to be that person. And we weren't wrong. Throughout the 6 months that it took to build out house, he was on site every single day working with subcontractors and making sure everything was going smoothly and efficiently. If there was something that was getting delayed, he made sure to stay on top of it and kept it running smoothly so the project would be finished on time. He was also very open to getting suggestions on sub-contractors that we suggested such as kitchen cabinetry, landscaping, flooring etc and was always present when we had the subcontractors come to give us an alternate quote. He would compare his subcontractors with ours and provide us with an honest price difference and quality difference. Now that we are living it, there are some issues that pop up here and there and he is always happy to stop by and provide a fix for it and makes sure it gets taken care of. One quick example - crazy rainfall and our window pops out and falls inward shattering glass all over - Tom was in the area and was at our house in less than 15 minutes. He helped me put whatever was left over of the window back in place, helped clean the glass (not his job but he is just that nice) and ordered a new window sash. Needless to say, we already are and will continue to recommend him to our friends and family who wants contractor services to build or remodel their home. :) <br />"
