"We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. I will have to go back and touch them up. For the painting, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairwell were painted. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
Millenium offers quality work at an affordable price. They are usually good in responding to any issues or questions. You just need to know that since they have different crews, you may not get the same guys for your project.
We have used Millenium for several projects over the past two years and will definitely use them again. No one contractor is perfect, but as long as the end of the project meets your expectations, that contractor deserves to be considered for future projects. Millenium meets this criteria.

"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.

"The two men performing the services arrived and were polite and good natured and they did an exceptional job.  They clarified what i was having done and proceeded to get right to work removing my toilet.  I told them I was having problems with some minor leakage in the family room below the bathroom due to my old toilet leaning slightly back---they explained why I had the leakage and told me that they would install an extra large was ring to make sure that there was no further leakage.  When they removed the toilet they assessed the problem (which I knew) that the flooring there was a bit compromised and they told me they would fix that when they came back to install the new flooring.  After installing the base of the toilet, they noticed that there were cracks in the tank and in fact said it had been used and repackaged.  They were patient and waited for me to go back to Lowes and get the proper tank.  Came to find out from Lowes that not only was the tank used but someone had switched tanks between toilets.  After returning home they finished the job and made sure that there was absolutely no leakage in the family room.  They also installed the thermostat and made sure that it was also working correctly.  I really appreciated that they did not try to sell me on other repairs why they were here realizing that I live on a budget.  I have already asked for an estimate for installation of flooring in my bathroom and will use them for several other jobs in the future.

"Handyman Connection estimator responded quickly, did a thorough estimate, and talked me through the pros and cons of handling it a couple of ways, and could schedule the work to be done on our time schedule. The workman showed up as promised, with the materials for the job. There had been an error in the estimator's measurements that meant he had to return some materials and fetch new ones, so he had to spend a little longer on the job than he hoped, but he was pleasant about it - it wasn't a problem for me. Our ceiling height was a poor match for the new stairs, so the workman had to shorten them. That added extra time and visits to the job, as well. He was neat and clean with the workspace, took care of the material removed, and didn't mind explaining to me what he was doing, or letting me look at the work progress. The new stairs looked fine when done, and we were able to stay on our show schedule."
