He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

I called Reeds 24hr Plumbing & Drain and the lady that I spoke with on the phone said she would get a technician to call me back immediately. within minutes I was contacted and the gentleman told me what to do to get the gas shut off till he arrived. I was really surprised that he said he was in the area and would be here with-in 1hr or less. He showed up in less then 30 min. He was very nice and located the leak very quickly. I was given a price before he did any work and he told me  exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it.. It took him a little less then an hour and was clean, courteous and  friendly. As he was going over the bill he asked me if I ever served in the military? I not only was pleased with this technician  but I was given a 10% discount for serving our country.
