"Great over-all experience with Fence and Deck Depot from the initial estimate to fence installation. Salesman was very knowledge about their fence products and did not pressure to buy. Office staff kept us well informed about the fence installation scheduling. The crew did a excellent job installing the fence and before they left washed down the vinyl fence and completely cleaned up the yard. A few weeks after the install we noticed one gate needed tweaking. They came the very next day and made the adjustment. The quality of their vinyl fence material is well above any other company we received bids from. We would highly recommend this company."

"I started by reaching out to a number of local roofing companies. In particular to a prior company I had used before Because of good experiences. Ultimately, I found out that the sales team at H&M was absolutely phenomenal. The communication was great. They worked with me to help me understand exactly what was going to happen. They helped me with my particular budget for the customizations that my roof needed (Including new flashing, and a new vent or two, and installing a solar roof vent). That being said, Jill did an absolutely phenomenal job. She was responsive, took her time and listened to my concerns and feedback. Ultimately, my roof looks great, the leak I was having from the flashing is gone, I now have solar power For my attic vent. Iâ m very happy with the way this turned out. Probably the biggest issue that I experienced was that I found that there was a language barrier between the labor force, and the sales side/operational side. My wife and I were under the impression that our carport roof would match the main roof In terms of color (black). Ultimately, A white roof was placed on the carport. Additionally, We had some wood rot that we wanted to have repaired, and we communicated that initially. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the areas in which there was wood rot had not been replaced, and the labor team had to come back out to fix much of it. When the project was done, we had a ton of leftover wood that I had painted to be hung up, but it ultimately was not part of the labor quote, and therefore they didnâ t touch it. (I made a cornhole set). In summary, The sales team was absolutely phenomenal and I loved working with Jill. But I do think that operation there could be some improvements. The roof looks great and the gutters are now seamless with gutter guard (no more gumballs)."

Rain has made working conditions a struggle, but Bill has kept us up to date and they continued to work through even in some muddy, wet conditions. When upgrades or minor changes were necessary, Bill discussed the issues and allowed us to make the decisions, giving us a better result than we had even considered. Our new landscaping in the front yard is beautiful and backyard patio will be beautiful, once they get the last of the brick in and the fence up. "My wrought iron porch railing was dangerously loose when I bought the house. Parts of it pulled up and would fail if someone leaned against it. By agreement, Jablan infused epoxy or concrete or something and drilled deep screws through the base plates of the railing into the concrete, securing it solidly without any further give. Also, sanded down some rust spots and thoroughly repainted the entire railing, which looks great, like new. They proactively added some concrete patching, unrelated to the railing itself, but apparently, since they had the concrete mixed they filled a few weathered spots and a big gap in the stairs due to the ground settling down over the years. This guards against further weathering and water leaking under the porch. It was unexpected and highly appreciated. Great job overall. "

"KML not only did my beautiful kitchen but also added a windows in my office, added hand rails to my front porch, and added support columns for my screened in deck. They also wrapped the parts of my house that previously required painting to make it maintenance free. KML also did landscaping at my sister's house which she loved. I would highly recommend kML. They were responsive, courteous, listened to what I wanted and made constructive suggestions. The sales staff was not pushy and really knew what they were talking about. Definitely have KML a try. Their bid was lower than other bids that I received so are competitive price wise."
