The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. "I was extremely impressed by Christian HVAC. Dan, our service provider, was extremely professional and knowledgable. He took a look at our thermostat and realized quickly that the problem was minor (the thermostat case was just not put on properly so the HVAC unit was not kicking on).
Even though the problem was fixed in 5 minutes, he STILL checked everything else thoroughly. He went outside to make sure we were OK with the pressure and checked all of our units in the basement and provided feedback on maintenance of all of our units/humidifier/ water pump.

"It went great. Dan is an honest and straightforward businessman. He explains all your options clearly and doesn't try to oversell services. He is responsive and the quality of work is excellent. Our HVAC system was getting old and was very inefficient, so we proactively replaced both units. When he gave me the quote, I pushed for a more expensive AC unit as it seemed more efficient. Dan explained that in our climate, we would gain little from the additional efficiency, since the difference was so little. I'm sure selling a more expensive unit would have benefited him, but I appreciated his honesty. I would highly recommend his services."
