"My Wife & I  went to a local home improvement center to purchase some tiles for both our bathrooms. We found the tile that we wanted and asked a gentleman in the flooring dept. if he had any recommendations for a tile installer. He gave me a business card for Divine Tile & Stone. Being new to the area, my Wife & I were unsure who we should go with or trust. I called the Company and Miguel answered the phone. I explained to him what I needed done. He said no problem and asked if he could come to my house and give me a free estimate. I of course said "Yes". Free is always good. Miguel arrived on time for the estimate and quickly quoted what the cost would be and how long it would take. I decided to go ahead and have them perform the job based not only on the recommendation from the home improvement center but on Miguel's demeanor. It was a good decision. From start to finish, Miguel was very professional in everything he did. He kept me informed during the whole process. From arriving on time, to performing the tile & grout job, Miguel did an outstanding job. The tile actually came out better than we could have imagined! When he left, I went out to the front of my house where he had his work area set up and I could not find anything visible that he had left behind. Nothing! His skill, work ethic, promptness and cleanliness are the reasons I will be telling others about Divine Tile & Stone!

"I am very pleased with the service provided by Service King. They were prompt, courteous, professional, polite, and friendly. Everything looks and smells great. I am especially pleased with my sofa. It is a light yellow color and cannot be cleaned with water which is why I had it cleaned professionally in the first place. Tony was honest about what could be done with it since this was the first time it has been cleaned since I've owned it. It looks so much better and smells great. Everything was completed in about an hour and a half and dried in about four hours. Deorderizing of our carpets was offered at a very resonable price and he even cleaned our bedside rugs for free.

"He was really, really good, except that he has a tendency to underestimate the effort, which is fine by me. He was there for three and a half days and his bid was for two days. So it took him a whole lot longer than he expected to do, but he didn't charge me any extra money. He did a great job. He left everything as clean as it could be. "It went well. Everything was done as and when promised. When they saw little things that needed to be done, they either brought it to my attention or if it was minor just fixed it. Some of the "repairs" made were not standard and they figured out how to make it work. They are not a cookie cutter company and give their full attention to each job. And I felt as if, I was the only job they had at the time and that they were not hurrying to finish so they could collect my money and go to the next job. They had me check after each part of the job to see if I was pleased with their work (I was!:-)) and if I had any sort of issue with the project, they made it right. "Tim was great!  When few other companies wanted to bother with a small job [tile repair], Tim said he would work it into his schedule. Since we were under a somewhat tight deadline, we really appreciated his responsiveness.  Tim returned phone calls, his information was straight and to the point and he showed up on time.   Very important:  he did a great job!  They left our home as clean as they found it.  Further, you can't tell where the repair was, it simply blends in.  The price he charged was very reasonable.  We would absolutely use Tim Contreras Tile again.  Thanks, Tim!
