"The only good thing American Home Shield has ever done for me and my family is introduce us to Lockhart Plumbing & Remodeling. We put in an issue for a leak with AHS and of course it wasn’t covered, but that wasn’t the plumber’s fault. Billy came out, explained what would need to be done and left, only to come back the next day and fix everything according to my scheduling constraints. He answered all of my questions, explained why the warranty company wouldn’t cover it (AHS is a scam and a waste of money and time. They have never fixed anything for us). He looked at a couple other things to give advice and quotes on, and was so personable and professional, I was completely comfortable having him in my house. He never complained that my issue was more difficult than he was expecting, he made a few jokes, kept in contact with both me and my husband every step of the way, and offered a very generous price. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Billy will be my first call!"

"Pro did a good job, although it was a bit of a learning curve for the pro getting the faucet's adjusted correctly. A1 Sewer sent messages and texts to keep me informed, followed up well, and the pro showed up as scheduled. I personally removed the tile facing so the pro could get into fix the leak, although this part of the project was to be done by the pro. Since I did the tile originally, I decided to take my time removing the necessary tiles. Would have been nice if the bill would have been reduced a bit since removing these tiles took me several hours and several drill bits."

There were also a few discrepancies, things that were inadvertently left undone or done a little too roughly, but when we brought these to the attention of the designer or the project manager, they were resolved completely and very quickly. On a couple of occasions, the work was interrupted because fixtures or supplies we had requested did not arrive on time, or did arrive damaged. While this was very frustrating, we feel that NV Kitchen and Bath did their best to expedite delivery and to keep us in the loop regarding timing ... and they rearranged their schedule to ensure that our kitchen would be ready for us to entertain holiday guests.
