"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Kyle and Alex did a fantastic job of changing our old tub/shower combination to a walk-in shower and we love it. Our install date was moved up by four days as our material came in early, so that gave us a few extra days to enjoy as my husband is recovering from mobility issues. They worked great together and were super respectful of our home while here, which was less than 7 hours - will definitely request them for the next bathroom renovation."

We had a variety of things done and ALL of the guys were very respectful, friendly and professional. Our refinished hardwood floors look amazing. "I hate paying others to do work that I can do, but we were rushed & I am not fast and have been known to have to redo plumbing. Mom was no longer able to lift self over tub for tub shower & won't let me help & give my wife incredible resistance, so mom's hygiene was getting bad. My wife talked me into letting someone else do it & of the 4 companies we interviewed, Kevin at Bath Planet impressed us the most, gave us the best price by far, best start time & best assurance of a 1-day job.
