"I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I'll definitely call Plumbing Innovatgors."

"I confess I was stressed as my lack of water was the third bad thing to happen this week for me. My car died, my power went out in only my home, and then I had no water after power was restored. So having a compassionate, professional technician arrive calmed me immediately. His diagnostic skills were quite amazing! It turns out, it wasn’t my pump (thank goodness!), but a power issue. Thank a million times over, Christian!"

"Everything went great. I didn't have time to research, I just took the first person who was going to come fix it. They were here when we needed them.

Their promptness stood out. That was an emergency situation because once that line bursts, there is a lot of pressure there. Water was going everywhere so we basically had to shut the water off to our house. Just having someone just come within an hour was very helpful for us.

"Thank you so much for excellent service. Osman was prompt, professional, and clearly explained what needed to be done. I called Saturday morning, by early afternoon the problem was fixed. I trust all my plumbing needs to ARS and Rescue Rooter. This isn't the first time I used ARS, ARS replaced by water heater."

"Review by Lynn W. in King George VA Chris called and gave me a heads up that he was running ahead of schedule and and would be at our place an hour earlier than scheduled time!!! Replaced the heating elements in the water heater and wow, we have nice hot water again. Very pleased with their service."

"I hired Shawn to replace my water heater. He was fantastic- Sean and Kyle showed up exactly on time, provided excellent service at a competitive price, and provided a better warranty than anybody else around. I'd use them again in a heartbeat."

"They came in, said "we can replace the hose, but if the bolt is rusted and goes, you'll need to replace the water heater. " They got the bolt off and saved us a lot of money."
