"The project was to take three months instead it took over six months. At the end they found they did not order the shower door which took an additional month to install. The length of time to complete the basement was unacceptable. I texted or emailed on a regular basis to find out what was the next step or when someone would show up to work again. A few weeks after the basement was complete I had my air conditioner serviced and it was found that when Thompsonâ s moved the furnace during the remodel, they did not capture the freon. This was an added cost to the air conditioning service but also accidents like these hurt the ozone."
