"The technician was courteous, prompt, respectful, very very knowledgeable, he explained everything he was going to do, gave an estimate of the cost. The person I scheduled with said that if the work was above a certain amount the service call fee would be waived. It ended up being above that price but the work was thorough! I would hire them again definitely!"

"We waited over 10 months to get a garage door installed, and when it was finally installed, it was multicolored, not what we ordered at all. The owner of the company, who said he was just a technician, did not bring the garage door opener we had paid for or the decorative hardware we had paid for. He said he would bring it up later but never came back and stopped all communication with us. We requested our money back, but they will not give us back the money that we paid for the product that we did not get. The company is owned by a husband-and-wife team, Joe and Lori, but they do not admit to owning the company, and they do not tell anybody they are married. As a matter of fact, when the owner Joe, was at my house, he told me the owners of the company were going to fire Lori because she had been messing up so badly lately. I found out later that he owns the company, and they are married. Do not use this company."
