"3/20/2024 update The owner called and analogized for my trouble. He also sent me a generous refund. Even the best companies can make a mistake sometimes. In the end he made sure I was a satisfied customer. I can not ask for any more than that. Five stars! I hired them to install new extension springs on my garage door. They Did not know about or install safety cables in springs. I ended up installing the cables myself. I showed installer the safety cables that came in the box with the new garage door springs. I said, do not these go through the springs?? He said no. After he left I did more research and found the safety cables definitely go through the garage door springs. I called back. It seemed no one knew anything about safety cables. I had to send them photos of a proper installation. They admitted I was correct. I asked for a partial refund $. But they did not give me any money back."

Overall it was good, the owner of the business came out to reset the door because there was an issue when it got installed so he readjusted and lubricated it and everything. So it was pretty good. I didn't watch them install it but the installation was about average."
