"He left a mess on my grass that killed the grass afterwards. He emptied a tube that goes into the truck into the garden bed. It was on a hill so it drained into the grass. It was a chemical yet I have an organic garden so it ended up killing the grass. He left it up to me and when I commented, he said it will get absorbed and it will be fine. He really did a good job but he talked too much for me. The pricing was pretty reasonable."

"I bought a gift certificate for a full house cleaning, at a charity auction. The company happily made good on their donation and sent two women to clean my 2-story house, which included vacuuming, a thorough dusting, a full kitchen clean (except the oven), and washing all the wood floors. Because it was a donation on their part, I excused them from doing the bathrooms. They were here for about 3 hours. I don't know what it would cost, but the house just sparkled when they were done. I will use them again and submit another report after that."

"Consistently bad. This company uses a rotating team, with each team specializing in one deep clean area. The initial two cleanings were impressive, and then the team approach began. This is where we ran into issues, like whole areas being left uncleaned, lights consistently left burning, garage door left up when they left, front door left unlocked when they left, furniture and furnishings left in consistent disarray, etc. Each complaint was met with scorn and always an excuse was given, rather than a simple: "okay, I'll let that team know, and we'll work on it.""

"There are 3 cleaning ladies came. Only one can speak a little bit English. I was told right away that certain things will not be cleaned because they will not enough time to get to them. I will have to pay extra. However, it is not what it says in the package when I bought it. I bought a deep cleaning package, not a service by hours. Then I was asked if it is ok to use my microwave to heat up their lunches and eat their lunches. It is ok with me. But I do feel a little bit unconformable about paying for their lunch time after told they couldnt perform their service. I even gave them tips just because I was thinking this might be the company's false advertisement not their fault. The work they perform is not impressive, just a Ok cleaning job you would expect from any cleaning people. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not buy service from them in future for sure."
