"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Power Home Remodeling certainly made an impression! Having a salesman stay until nearly 1 AM for a door install quote is definitely a marathon session. It sounds like the financing and closing tactics left you feeling pressured, which isn't ideal. However, the actual door installation work was top-notch. Good communication to the point of annoyance at times, but that's preferred over silence. While their app has some areas for growth, the fact that it's still better than a Home Depot or Lowe's partnered install is a significant point in their favor. Power Home Remodeling is pricier, but the superior installation quality seems to justify the higher cost in your experience. For anyone considering Power Home Remodeling, be prepared for a potentially lengthy sales process with assertive financing and closing techniques. However, if a high-quality installation is your priority and you're willing to invest more, they appear to deliver excellent results."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. Cody was punctual, knowledgeable, straight forward with me without any pressuring sales tricks. They made sure my roof looked great! Markeese kept me informed on the job throughout the entire day and answered all my questions I may have had.
