"I would give Paul 10 stars if it was possible because of how he engaged with my garage door obsessed child. He answered numerous questions, and was kind and encouraging through the whole process. This was definitely the highlight of my child's year! With regard to the actual service, Paul was knowledgeable and prompt. He clearly laid out our options for repair or replacement with information about the warranties. He was friendly and cheerful, and did not try to push more services than we wanted.
