Service man arrived on time as scheduled. Took time to describe what he was going to do, the approximate time it would take and what we could expect with the finished product. The young man doing the work was very professional, making certain to protect every surface in the bathroom that would be affected by the glazing process. Once finished, thorough instructions were given as to care and maintenance of the refinished tub. Clean-up was thorough. The expelling of fumes during the process was such that minimal fumes from the glazing was noticeable in the house.
