"I had a possible asbestos concern after pulling up my carpet and finding the black tile adhesive you would find underneath the AVT (house built in 1960, since flipped) We were attempting to replace our carpet, but the company wanted a negative test before they completed the work. Mr. Rudd had no problem coming out same day and collecting samples on multiple parts of the basement. He communicated how long it would take and sure enough, got the results back today. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on the subject and gave recommendations in the event of a positive result. They covered every aspect of the house and deck (inside and out), every window, door, outlet, crawl space, attic access, room, heating, cooling, and water systems. Taking pictures of items, taking readings, testing appliances. They were very methodical and thorough. As they worked, they were also clearly explaining items to me and answering any questions I might have. They were professional and pleasant the whole time.
