"Tom and his son Tommy did a fantastic job. I had an old 2 level wood deck that he re-surfaced with Azek. The challenge was that I had a relatively need vinyl handrail, that I wanted to keep. Many contractors would not do the deck without demolishing the handrails. Tom was meticulous in removing the railing and then re-assembling it after the deck was complete, with no missing or broken parts. He did many repairs to the sub-structure of the deck, including rebuilding the entire stairs, and replacing all the existing joist brackets. The finished deck looks absolutely amazing! Their workmanship is exceptional, and they cleaned up as if they were never here. From the first day, when Tom came to give us an estimate, to the finished product, it was a true pleasure to work with them. They answered all my questions, and discussed various options. Russett Deck was far and away one of the best contractors I have ever worked with, and I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful deck."

"I talked to many (I'm a bit embarrassed to say how many!) deck builders to get quotes on replacing my wooden deck with a composite deck from spring until early fall 2019. I was looking for a combination of the right price, outstanding customer service, and feeling confident that the contractor would do the job right. While there were a few other companies that engendered confidence and showed good customer service, I felt their prices were too high. One or two others had very good prices, but these were more along the lines of two guys with a pickup truck, without a company standing behind their work. "I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"Exceptional work! I hired FAMB Construction, LLC after interviewing quite a contractors (large and small companies) to replace my wood deck with Trex composite decking. Noel and Claudia are extremely professional from start to finish of the project and clearly communicated in detail what work was going to be done. Noel provided a variety of actual samples choose from and provided helpful details on how the project would be completed. My deck looks amazing and Noel even corrected some deck issues that were not within the scope of the project. "ATD came out first to provide an estimate and talk through some ideas because i wasn't quite sure what i wanted them to plant. Once that was figured out they came out on the agreed upon date and performed everything we talked about. The yard looked great when they left. The issue started a week after they left when one of the trees they planted started dropping leaves. I contacted them and they said it was probably just tree shock and the tree should bounce back. That didn't happen and more leaves fell off so i contacted them again. They sent someone out to fertilize the tree at no cost to me. Needless to say the tree continued to die so i contacted them again and again to give them updates on my dying tree. During this period it would take them a week or so to get back to me always with some excuse. I finally asked them to replace the tree for free since i obviously got a bum tree (the other two trees i had them plant were doing just fine). They said that the trees weren't guaranteed and they intimated that the tree dying was my fault. They offered me a small discount on the tree cost to replace it. Honestly I was quite shocked when i got this response. This to me was such poor customer service. They charge a premium for their services but they don't guarantee the products they plant. Every nursery i have ever gone to has offered free tree replacements if the tree dies. And the issue started happening within a week of the tree being planted not months later. At the end of it all, they did replace the tree for only $50 but quite honestly i don't think i should have had to pay that but it was cheaper than buying the same tree from Home Depot so i agreed."
