"We had Innovative replace our windows and siding and also take care of rotted trim wood on our house. They did a superb job. The new siding included 3/8" foamboard insulation and new tyvek-type wrap beneath the siding. The siding looks excellent and we can tell there's a big improvement in thermal and sonic insulation for the house. The new windows are also excellent. And it's not just the appearance that I'm pleased with. I was home during most of the installation and the craftsman doing the install took great care to do things correctly and thoroughly. One neighbor who watched them called them OCD about it. So I'm very pleased and would gladly recommend them and use them again."

"This company is amazing. Exceptional work and attention to all aspects of the work that needed to be preformed. I had a bit of nervousness in trying to find a contractor for what I considered a major job, after seeing how other roofs were replaced in my neighborhood. From the sales personnel, the roofing crew, to the crew who installed the gutters - absolute professionals. The scheduling time frame was very reasonable, as was the price. The fact the the company could handle all required aspects of roof replacement and repairs to fascia or other trim work, and then install the gutters - made it a simple decision. The roofing crew deserves special recognition for their craftsmanship, care of the property, and work ethic - a finely tuned crew. All the work (expect for gutters) was done in one day, and with nothing to clean up after they left."

"Had some siding damage from high winds recently, and decided to give these guys a call. Mike's initial visit was both brief and productive, and he was very conscious of social distancing, etc. with COVID-19 going on. Mike was quickly able to get me a quote and deal with a little back and forth with the insurance company getting things straight, as they ended up extending the repair to the entire house since the old siding was discontinued. Wow, the crew was awesome and highly detail-oriented, and also very personable guys to have around the house for a couple days. I was really blown away with the finished product! Everything done right down to the last bit of caulking and haven't found anything, not even a nail, laying around the house after cleanup. Our 5 kids and 5 pets appreciate this! "Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
