"We had approximately 180 square feet of plywood roof soffits that needed to be replaced due to areas of rot. We have a small townhouse, so even to have all of our soffits replaced was not a very big job, and we had a great deal of trouble finding a contractor who would either consider the job or would do the work for a reasonable price. H. Forrest Roofing not only took the small job, but did quality work at a reasonable price. He replaced all of our old plywood soffit with new vented vinyl soffits and greatly increased the ventilation in our attic as a result. Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
