"Mike at Mold One was incredibly helpful. He gave me great information and lined up an appointment quickly for mold remediation. My wife has struggled literally her entire life with being sick and unwell and having chronic headaches and fatigue and poor sleep and mood swings and food allergies and the list goes on. We've been to countless doctors, bought countless supplements, tried several diets, done allergy testing, been to chiropractors, done hormone replacement therapy, etc. We recently found mold in our home and began looking into mold as a possible cause for her poor health. Upon returning, there was a faint vinegar smell in the house. My wife slept better that night than she ever had, and within 2 days, she was feeling SO MUCH BETTER. In fact, over the coming days/weeks, even though she was 8 months pregnant, she felt better then that she or I ever remember her being. About 2 months after the mold treatment, I was working on replacing my roof. A micro-storm came out of nowhere while I had the roof open and absolutely SOAKED everything. We had water dripping through the light fixtures inside and huge water spots showing all over our ceilings. This was hugely discouraging. After the storm passed, I called Mike and explained the whole thing and asked his advice since now we're a pitri dish for mold. Mike offered to send his guys back out to re-treat our home for free and consider it covered by warranty, even though it would have been easy and obvious to consider this new water damage not covered by warranty. I can't say enough of how great Mold One and Mike have been, and what a life changing impact their mold treatment of our home has had on my wife. "I would highly recommend Servpro for duct working cleaning. MY phone encounter gave me basic information and I asked for a call back for full information. The person I needed to speak with was out of the office and I was given a day that he would call me. He called back and answered all my concerns and gave me a detailed explanation on the proceedure.
